Smart Collections let you group products automatically based on conditions — like tag, price, or vendor — instead of adding them one by one. Managing these conditions across dozens or hundreds of collections by hand, though, is slow and error-prone.

BulkFlow now supports full export, import, and update of Smart Collection conditions, including Shopify’s newer Exclude condition.

Exclude works differently from a simple “is not equal to” rule. It’s a separate condition that removes specific products from a collection without touching their tags or other data. For example, you can assign a collection to every product tagged “new,” then exclude a handful of specific products from that collection — without removing the “new” tag from them.

With this update, you can:

• Export all collection conditions, including Include and Exclude rules, into a spreadsheet.
• Import conditions to create or update Smart Collections in bulk.
• Update conditions across many collections at once, instead of editing each one manually in Shopify admin.

Useful for large catalogs where collection rules change often, or when migrating collection logic between stores.
