BulkFlow’s export files use default field names and a fixed column order — which works fine inside BulkFlow, but often doesn’t match what a partner expects or what a connected system needs. Reformatting the file by hand every time gets tedious fast.

With Rename & Reorder Columns, you can now customize your export files directly:

• Rename any column — for example, change the default “Quantity” header to “Stock,” or match whatever naming convention your partner or system uses.
• Reorder columns — arrange them in the order that’s actually useful for how the file will be used.
• Save as a Preset — store your renamed and reordered setup so you don’t have to redo it on every export.

Useful when sending export files to partners, or feeding them into connected systems like Google Sheets or FTP.
