Company is Shopify’s B2B entity — it groups a business customer’s locations, staff members, and account details under one profile, separate from regular retail customers. Managing companies one by one in Shopify admin gets slow once you have more than a handful of B2B accounts.

BulkFlow now supports full Company management in bulk:

• Import — create new companies with full details in one go, including Locations, Staff, admin info, address, and notes.
• Export — pull existing company data out for review, backup, or editing.
• Update — edit all company fields, with two exceptions: Company Name cannot be changed, and existing Locations cannot be removed — but new locations can still be added.
• Delete — removes the entire company, including its locations and staff.

Company Name is what BulkFlow uses to match rows to existing companies during update. Since it can’t be changed through bulk update, it stays reliable as the identifier across export-edit-import cycles — any rename would need to be done manually in Shopify admin.

Useful for stores onboarding many B2B customers at once, keeping company data up to date, or migrating B2B accounts between stores.
