How do I update prices in bulk?

Create an Update Feed with just SKU and Price columns. Map these fields and run the import.

Will updates affect my inventory?

Only if you include the Quantity field. Otherwise, inventory remains unchanged.

Can I update only specific fields without affecting the rest of the data?

Yes. You can choose to include only the fields you want to update in your import file. The platform will ignore the fields that are not present and only apply changes to the provided ones.

Can I schedule automatic data updates?

Yes, for Google Sheets, FTP, and URL connections. Set up automation in the Feed Processing section after your initial import.

Can I update product images?

Yes, include SKU and new image URLs. Existing images will be replaced.

Overwrite vs Append for updates?

Overwrite replaces entire fields, while Append adds to existing content (ideal for tags).

Will the update override existing images or descriptions?

Only if those fields are included in the update file. To keep current images or descriptions unchanged, simply exclude those columns from your import/update file.

Can I undo an update?
